A leading Swiss bicycle manufacturer partnered with NATVRAL® to co-develop an adaptive ergonomic system integrated directly into their flagship trail bike platform, from initial specification through production-ready validation.
Challenge
The OEM wanted to differentiate their premium trail line with genuine rider-adaptive technology, not just adjustable components. They needed a partner who could co-engineer at the frame level and deliver a production-ready system within their model-year timeline.
Solution
NATVRAL® embedded engineers alongside the OEM’s design team for a multi-season co-development program. The adaptive platform was integrated into the frame’s architecture from the ground up, with joint testing across prototype and pre-production phases at the OEM’s test facilities.
