About the role
Part-time executive role overseeing operations, scaling processes, and supporting fundraising and partnerships.
NATVRAL is building next-generation adaptive technology for performance mountain bikes, e-bikes, and mobility systems. We’re looking for an experienced operator who can bring structure and momentum to a fast-moving hardware and software company without slowing it down.
What you’ll do
Lead operational planning, KPIs, and execution across the company.
Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, and marketing.
Implement systems and processes to support scale as the company grows.
Support fundraising activities, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they become problems.
